possible structural damage to foundation due to constuction of new house next door. Per Bob A. send buidling inspector. please call homeowner Angela Dunn ###-#### yes the compaction work on the fill on the lot above this one is vibrating the house and yes there are cracks in the foundation and drywall that look new ? but nothing that is structural failure.

Spoke with builder who has also been in contact with adjacent property owner over concerns/claims. MTI has inspected and continues to inspect work on lot and adjacent property. Documentation has been prepared by MTI reporting no adverse affects to adjacent property.
