I talked to Abrao Plumbing today, I was told he had done some work at this address. He said he was the first plumber there and just pulled the toilet and plugged the drain to keep sewer gas out, he suggested they replace the tub valve if they were going to be replacing the tub. then I talked to Heritage Plumbing and he said the was hired by the owner to install a shower, relocate the lav and install a closet flange. the first visit he installed the shower valve and installed the closet flange and repiped the water under the slab. When he returned a couple of days later there was a remodel contractor on site and they kicked him off the job. he didn't se the shower drain or set any fixtures. He said he had been sending her a bill but hadn't recieved payment. He pulled a permit for the work he did today.
