Stop work at said address. Tenant said that live wires not safed off, were in dishwasher cavity. Someone removed the wire. I dont know where it was relocated as there is no access to the basement. Looks like all new electrical done in kitchen. Tenant also informed me that the wife of the homeowner had said that she was not going to pull any permits on work being done.

Window and sliding door installed with out permit, sliding door id more than 30" above grade, stairs and or deck needed to get to grade...
Possible ADU being constructed in basement, locked door, no access to basement...
