-grease reservoir on hood needs replaced
- grease filters need installed on two hoods
- gas flex to appliances needs to be approved materials
- any equipment not being used needs disconnected and gas line capped
- fryer needs 6" clearances to edge of hood

- all cardboard needs removed from cook line
