The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of renovations to backstock area, sales, receiving areas, deli, restroom, portrait studio, Blimpie and soffit over bread display.

To remodel the interior and exterior of an existing 201,974 square foot retail store. Work to include: Demolition work per plans; remodel the existing customer rear and front men's and women's restrooms; install new doors at the vestibule locations, cart storage, seasonal shop and Garden Center glazed canopy; installation of new flooring finishes; new lighting, mechanical and plumbing work; new accessible counters; install new exhaust fan on the roof; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; exterior changes include new paint, signage, and exterior site improvements; relocate and install new racking per locations on plans and engineering - SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANCHORAGE; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. This building is Fire Sprinklered for unlimited area and has an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **SRZ**

• Please, verify the new cart storage ares does not need sprinklers or the sprinklers revised.
• Please, verify the seasonal shop does not need sprinklers or the sprinklers revised. Epsecially look for any ceiling clouds in this area.
