The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a new building with a grid type system. A new 6”x173’± C-900 underground pipe will brought into a 1 hour rated room with outside entrance. A sign shall be provided on the riser room door. A new 6” riser will be supplied through a 6” backflow preventer. The FDC will connect to the secondary main to exit the building near the fire department entrance to the property, as annotated on the plans.

(Telaya Winery) For the construction of a new 11,138 sq. ft. two story (8,713 first, 2,425 second) winery with associated offices and tasting room areas with work to include construction of the new building including all interior improvements and related site work. The first story consists of two tasting rooms, an office, restrooms and a production area. The second story has two offices and a small club room/tasting area. There are two mezzanines in the production area (315 sq. ft. and 800 sq. ft.). This building is fully fire sprinklered. CDM

Hydro Failed. Pressure dropped by 1-2 psi. Walked and found drip by upright sprinkler head in production bay. Hydro to be redone tomorrow in conjunction with final.
