Permit to demo a restaurant space and create a vanilla shell for office space. Work to include demolition of interior non bearing walls, walk-in freezers, kitchen and mechanical RTUs. New work will include replacing fire damaged trusses, adding insulation, and new lighting. Additionally plans show future work for a tenant demising wall.
