add to first inspection note-need to isolate lab sinks in rooms 104,110,109,350,213,106,208,212 & 300 with rpba's-eye wash in kitchen needs spill proof vacuum breaker,eye wash in all janitor rooms need pvb's,kitchen area in room s11 needs rpba on water cooled condensers.
