Contractor ( Bill Cambell ) does'nt return call........................ds

as noted in water service inspection dated 1/22/08 I gave Bill Cambell a partial pass on water service line installed. He was still going to install a dcva backflow valve for the lawn sprinkler. I passed the water service so he could backfill.....about a week later Bill called and asked me if I knew of a way to thaw a plastic water line and informed me that he did not cover the water service line until the next day and it had frozen. I told him that the only way I knew of was to uncover it and thaw it out before re-covering it........The next contact I had was then from
dusty at Drake PLG about a month or so later asking about installing wirsbo piping for water service and if it was ok.......ds
