Talked to owner of property and told him he could not plumb house if he did not live there.....Advised him to meet with Jim J. for conference as there are other plumbing issues that should be addressed......replumbed tub should have vent as it probably will suck trap dry as plumbed............vent cross sect. area.....and sump connection...........ds
