as per cross control connection manual sixth edition need to have the following additional back flow devices installed and corrected prior to final plumbing inspection 1- need to install premise protection ( double check ) on main water service to building with expansion tank. 2- need to install R. P. on coffee maker in breakroom or change out to an approved coffee maker. 3- need to shorten hose to pool hand held shower so shower head does not lay on shower floor. left correction notice on site also called plumbing contractor on correction,s

need to call bill thompson for a walkthru on backflow. there is no premis protection on building. made walk through with Bill T. with united water for additional backflow protection on building need to install premise protection ( double check ) with expansion tank need an R.P. on coffee maker in breakroom need to shorthen hose on personal shower in pool area
