Mick Phone #: ###-#### need to replace 45 on inlet drain from building to interceptor with approved D W V ( drain waste and vent ) sch 40 drainage fitting,s and test drain line. need to vent first chamber on interceptor. need cleanout and sampling port on down stream side of interceptor . need to fill interceptor with water above outlet side of interceptor for test.left correction notice and detail drawing of interceptor piping with general contractor on site called contractor contractor will recall when ready
