1. T&P must be hard piped with a union. You cannot use a flex on the t&p.
2. Extend the cleanout for the kitchen sink so it is accessable.
3. Install cleanout covers on all cleanouts.
4. Locate the drains off the water heater to center on the drain. The drain has water around it.
