1. Install a check valve on the cold water feed to
the water heater.
2. Check the pressure on the water heater expansion tank after draining the water pressure off. Provide results. It appears to be defective.
3. A high-low drinking fountain is required per plans and permit.
4. Provide location and access to the backflow assembly serving this unit.
