THIS WAS CALLED IN ON THE GRADING PERMIT GRD17-00025 Jim Wellman
Requesting an inspection for 1500 gallon grease interceptor. Not sure what type of inspection is needed. I talked to Dan Ediger Plumbing inspector looked at it and need him to re-inspect tank. Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Jim Wellman.
1. 24 houir test passed.
2. The downstream vent must be taken off the upper half of the sewer. see correction notice drawing.
3. Use wye branch fittings on the vent and a drainage fitting on the 90.
4. Add a flammable vapor vent to the tank itself. see diagram provided with the correction notice.

No approved plans on the job. Spoke with the builder and explained they taking responsiblities for any changes required on the approved set. Grease trap needs 24 hour test.
