1) the cleanout on the building sewer is installed backwards
2) remove 2" and 4" ABS fittings and replace with PVC at tie in. ( can't mix materials)
3) use approved glue
4) pressure test PVC and water piping.
5) use two clamps at each joint on the water service piping
6) sleeve water at sewer crossing, 10 feet on each side of crossing.
7) provide a tapped fitting on the pressure sewer at the sump to blow out sewer.
8) provide 3' of cover on pressure sewer and water lines.
