I am unable to pass you on the pre-screen process do to the following issues. 1) no wall framing detail of how the new walls are to be constructed or how they will attach to the ceiling above, 2) no Erosion and Sediment Control waiver letter stating that you're proposed alteration is removing or pouring less than 115 sq. ft. of concrete or that there will be no saw cutting of more than 40 lineal feet. Please provide these additional documents and resubmit.
