**8-22-16 Plan Modification as per new submitted plans. The rear staircase will remain as is. No additional exterior staircase will be added. No additional Bathroom will be added to Main Floor, existing will be remodeled. No work will be done to the Main Floor Kitchen. ** Permit to remove (2) existing stairways in existing home and replace with one exterior stairway to Basement. Main floor to have a Bedroom added to stair area (egress windows to be added), new Bathroom added, existing Kitchen removed and replaced, 2nd stairway area to become Pantry/Rear Entry. Basement currently has a Kitchen-Range to be removed, 220 and venting to be capped and/or removed (no Range can be installed without Duplex requirements being meet), existing window in Basement Bedroom to be verified as meeting egress requirements, window well to code is to be added,mechanical (HVAC) to be removed, exterior door to new exterior stairs to be added. Ductless HVAC is proposed to replace existing HVAC system (new system to meet all current codes for single family dwellings). Engineering has been provided for exterior retaining wall, stairs, floor replacement and header openings. Existing Garage to be demolished and driveway to be paved. New roof to be installed with overhangs added. Existing exterior to be modified, new sheathing w/ house wrap, r10 rigid insulation and stucco finish. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. **BJM**
