(DRAGON BRUSHIDO MARTIAL ARTS) **This building is fire sprinklered. To convert an existing 4,497 square foot tenant space from retail sales to a martial arts studio. Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing interior partition walls, grab bars in the existing restrooms, a “high” and a “low” drinking fountain, a service sink, and interior finishes in compliance with Chatper 8 of the 2012 IBC. Compliant landings are required on each side of all doors. The existing roof top HVAC units will be modified to provide a total of 800 cfm of outside air. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **JAR**
