Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing interior partition walls, grab bars in the existing restrooms, a “high” and a “low” drinking fountain, a service sink, and interior finishes in compliance with Chatper 8 of the 2012 IBC. Compliant landings are required on each side of all doors. The existing roof top HVAC units will be modified to provide a total of 800 cfm of outside air. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
