Install terminal planters at the end of each row of parking to be a minimum of 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb). Provide the required Class II tree and groundcover within each of the terminal planters. This will require the planter located next to the three new spaces to be widened.
ADA spaces shall also be 20-feet deep or 18-feet with a 2-foot bumper overhang. If there is a bumper overhang, the adjacent sidewalk is requried to be 6-feet in width.
All pedestrian sidewalks must be 5-feet in width.
