(WELLS FARGO – OVERLAND PARK PLAZA – ATM KIOSK REPLACEMENT) Permit to remove and replace the parking lot area ATM engineered kiosk structure. Approval is contingent upon the approved plans on file and the attached engineering. Work to include: removal of the kiosk, removal of the existing ATM, removal of existing concrete pad, removal of existing guardrail, construction of a new concrete footing, new ATM and ATM kiosk (new Kiosk is 127.25” tall x 43” wide x 43” deep with a 42.5” canopy), new protective bollards, new guard rail, new electrical utility pedestal and electrical work. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached engineered drawings. Note: special inspection is required see attached form #310. **JG**
