called ACHD talked to Mitch he said with a SFD being demo'd and a now a new duplex going in impact fees for them are $119.00.
he got these fees because he took a duplex fee $3076.00 and subtracted the SFD (no on tax) fee $2957.00 so the new total is $119.00
