(VANILLA – 3RD FLOOR - SUITE #300) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 7,670 sq. ft. tenant space on the 3rd floor by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 4,757 sq. ft. and the remaining 2,913 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD18-04300. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Fire sprinkler inspection has been completed, fire alarm inspection is aprtially complete (TCO is authorized for fire alarm, see notes under fire alarm permit FIR19-00273), fire extinguisher is placed with a current inspection tag. Partial final inspection for life fire safety complete, final sign off is contingent on fire alarm issue being resolved, 90 day TCO authorized per conversation with Ron Johnson with Boise Fire. As stated in the description, no occupancy is allowed under this permit.
