JG// (An Interior non-structural demo permit was issued under BLD19-00600) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,502 sq. ft. business space and related exterior site work. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, plan review report and attached engineering. As of these notes the permit status is under review for floor plan modifications, floor plan needs to match city approved drawings for life fire safety inspection, need permit to be in issued status for life fire safety inspection to be completed, this request is cancelled and a new inspection will need to be requested when permit is back in issued status.

Detail 12 on A4.0 shows the plate being 3"x3" but the callout is a 4"x4" plate. According to the calculations the the anchor bolt spacing is to be 3" on center. It appears that the 3" dimension shown in detail 12 on A4.0 should be to the anchor bolts and not the end of the base plate. Please verify.
Revised detail 12 on plan sheet A4.0 showed the base plate being 4” x 4” with the pre drilled holes at 3” on center according to outsource engineers changemark request. Plans were not resent to outsource.
