Please e-mail the stamped inspection approval letter to mjannusch@cityofboise.org and allow 24 hours for subgrade approval processing. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-#### with questions.
Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-####.
The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.

2.Project will require a CAT II Hillside application prior to acceptance of the building permit application. Application #114 will need to be filled out and turned in to the Planning & Zoning counter at city hall with the application fee.
