I am just pulling permits for the basement that the previous owner finished. He informed me that electrical had been put in as part of the original construction - he just added sheet rock and carpet, etc. Please contact me before arrival so that I can open the garage for you. Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by DENZIL FROST...
discussed with homeowner the requirements for inspection...discussed Boise City's stance on taking resposibility for work unseen or inspected...house was previously inspected by State electrical inspector...homeowner unable to provide proof that rough of electrical in basement had ever been inspected...informed I am unable to approve electrical without tearing off sheetrock...I gave him options to be able to get approved-hire electrical contractor or get ahold of State head electrical inspector and get there approval
VOIDED CHANGE STATUS  4/17/2019 DONE
as per Homeowner (D. Frost) void permit-he will request a refund. He didn't do the work, doesn't live at the house, so i told him he needed a lic electrician to do any work. The fees were wrong as well but didn't add in the additional $55.00 that was owed since he is requesting the refund anyway
