**(SMOKE GUARD)** Sprinklers used for area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 31,540 sq. ft. two story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: @ 1st floor removal of select interior nonbearing walls to create a larger manufacturing area, removal of door/door frames, removal of millwork and relocate to second floor area, @ 2nd floor removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, removal of millwork, removal of select exterior bearing wall for new window openings, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room, a closet, (5) offices, a storage room, a break area, an engineering room and open office area, new door/door frames, select new millwork, new 8x8 overhead door at existing opening, (6) new roof Solatubes, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated and replaced light fixture, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: building is shown to be fully accessible to the disabled any new work must meet the requirements of section 3411.7 of the 2012 IBC **JG**

Partial final for life fire safety complete, fire sprinkler inspection is complete (fire sprinkler head in mens restroom on level 2 needs replaced, seat and base of glass bulb are painted, sprinkler head in front of level 2 elevator needs replaced with an intermediate temperature fire sprinkler head, head is with 12 inches of heat register, landscaping needs to be trimmed back to provide access to the wall mounted PIV and FDC, items to be verified at final life fire safety inspection for level 1 area of work associated with this BLD permit) fire alarm complete for level 2 excluding elevator lobby smoke detector, operation will be verified at fire alarm completion for project, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags, building does have a knox box mounted by main entry.
