Work to include: @ 1st floor removal of select interior nonbearing walls to create a larger manufacturing area, removal of door/door frames, removal of millwork and relocate to second floor area, @ 2nd floor removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, removal of millwork, removal of select exterior bearing wall for new window openings, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room, a closet, (5) offices, a storage room, a break area, an engineering room and open office area, new door/door frames, select new millwork, new 8x8 overhead door at existing opening, (6) new roof Solatubes, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated and replaced light fixture, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
