**Project Management-Ron Hill** (TREASURE VALLEY HOSPITAL – REMODEL AND ADDITION – PACKAGE A) (DRH16-00514) (CUP16-00094) To complete Package A of a project to construct a 13,921 square foot addition to connect an existing 44,000 square foot hospital to an existing 13,500 square foot office building (about 1,500 square feet of the existing 15,000 square foot office building will be demolished to facilitate the addition). A 3-hr fire wall will be constructed to separate the Type I-B construction (about 57,921 square feet) from the Type V-B construction (about 13,500 square feet). This is a 2 package project. This permit is for concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, steel columns, steel beams, steel roof joists, steel roof deck, and a 3-hr masonry fire wall/smoke barrier wall. The building shell and interior tenant improvement work will be completed under future Package B. Special Inspection is required for soils, concrete, masonry, steel (including welding and bolting), and anchors post installed in hardened concrete. The design for the structural steel connections, exterior curtain walls, and steel stud connections to the structure are deferred submittal items. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The submitted interior architectural drawings are for reference only and have not been approved. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of the addition. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**

F6 type interior column pad footings ok to place. F7T and F8T interior column pad footings missing 33 ties and additional #4 next to anchor bolts. Noted all footings with T designation are moment frmae footings and require the additional rebar per detail 1 in S5-10. Verified with engineer of record. ok to place the F6 footings only.
