Work to include: interior demolition; installation of new interior non-bearing partition walls; ceiling grid system; interior doors and windows; new kitchenette; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing; and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Corridors are not required to be rated per IBC 1020.1 based on sprinkler system in accordance with IBC 903.3.1.1. Fire sprinkler plans submitted in 1997 (Microfiche #980242) show quick response heads throughout, which have been verified by Micron (see attached email). Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as reglated by the fire department. JAR
