Work is to include: removing an existing door and framing in the hallway, providing an opening in the wall of the hallway to connect the two spaces, adding a wall and an an existing door to the existing Storage Room (109), build in suspended ceiling outside Room 109 to match the rest of the hall, adding a wall and door to an exisitng Room (106), re-location of existing lighting and light switches (occupancy sensors to be added as required), re-location of mechanical diffusers and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
