(ALLANTE LAND OFFICE) To modify the existing interior of a 1080 sq. ft. tenant space that was last occupied under BLD06-01953 and provide an opening in the existing hallway to another existing tenant space of 5124 square feet, last occupied under BLD05-00734 combining the two tenant spaces into a single 6204 square foot tenant space. Work is to include: removing an existing door and framing in the hallway, providing an opening in the wall of the hallway to connect the two spaces, adding a wall and an an existing door to the existing Storage Room (109), build in suspended ceiling outside Room 109 to match the rest of the hall, adding a wall and door to an exisitng Room (106), re-location of existing lighting and light switches (occupancy sensors to be added as required), re-location of mechanical diffusers and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. THIS BUILDING IS NOT SPRINKLERED. Any future change of use to the office that increases the Occupant load in the corridor could trigger corridors to be fire rated. ***BJM***
