Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of select interior non-bearing walls, new door/door frames, new interior windows/glazing, new millwork, new sink & dishwasher, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. The corridor for this building is rated and all penetrations and wall infill shall maintain the corridor rating. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JHB**
