(THE AFTON CONDOMINIUM REPAIR) A PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RECONSTRUCTION. Permit for repairs as a result of water damage to units 101, 302, and 402. Work to include reparing: interior walls, rated wall/floor/ceiling assemblies, and interior finishes. Unit 101 does not contain any rated assemblies in need of repair. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of the project. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JHB**
