Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create one accessible fitting room and one non-accessible fitting room, point of sale counter, stockroom located on the 2nd floor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered and any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
