Provide fire extinguisher as discussed. If exit signs are to remain then code compliant single action hardware wil be needed for both exit paths. If exit signs are removed then locks are ok for separation of tenant space. All interior hardware to be single action type as discussed. Keyed hardware at the main exit is ok with sticker. Lever hardware at main exit to be single action lever type.
