Work is to include interior walls, new ceiling structures supported by new interior walls, 2 single-user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, a “high” and a “low” drinking fountain, a 1.5-inch thick sprung floor with ramps on 3 sides (sloped no steeper than 1 unit vertical to 12 units horizontal), metal lath decorative ceiling, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The floor finish materials for the ramps at the sprung floor are required to contrast with adjacent floor finish materials.
