(STOR-IT SELF STORAGE – BUILDING #5) (DRH17-00528) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a new 3,543 square foot self-storage building with 11 individual self-storage units. One unit will be accessible to the disabled. This building is one of five on this site. Work is to include concrete footings; concrete slab on grade thickened at roll-up doors, at exterior walls, and at the 3 hour fire wall; steel stud bearing and shear walls; steel shear panels; anchors post-installed in hardened concrete; steel exterior siding; steel roof purlins; steel strap roof braces; steel drag struts; steel roof panels; metal gutters; a 2-hr property line wall; a 3-hr fire wall; and roll-up doors. Special Inspection is required for soils, for concrete, for structural steel (including welding and bolting), and for post-installed anchors in hardened concrete. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
