**(VANILLA – SUITE #100)** (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD18-04402 IN EPLAN) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,212 sq. ft. medical office building by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant vacant space is to be 1,900 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,312 sq. ft. medical office under BLD18-04402. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing tenant demising wall, relocate light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
