JG// (An Interior non-structural demo permit was issued under BLD19-00600) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,502 sq. ft. business space and related exterior site work. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, plan review report and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of concrete sidewalk, exterior awnings, removal of exterior concrete basement and main floor entry stairs/landings/retaining wall/guards and handrails, back fill rear area at removed stairs/retaining wall, removal of select exterior walls, removal of roof assembly, removal of interior stairs and infill floor opening, removal of interior bearing and nonbearing walls, removal of exterior and interior door/door frames, removal of chimney and infill floor opening, removal of select raised floor, removal of exterior windows, removal of gypsum ceiling, removal of millwork, removal of plumbing fixtures, new exterior concrete sidewalk, construction of new exterior concrete front entry stairs/landings and a retaining walls with guards and handrails, new exterior front and rear awnings, new unenclosed vertical platform lift, select new structural roof support at new RTU’s, new roof assembly with spray-in cell foam insulation, construction of interior bearing and non-bearing walls to create an conference room, an office, (3) open office areas, a reception area, a break/work area and an accessible restroom, new interior furred at the exterior envelope walls with insulation, new exterior windows, new door/door frames, new exterior storefront entry door, new select wall infill at old exterior wall door opening, millwork, new gypsum and suspended acoustic ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
