Work to include: demo of existing finishes, cabinetry, sink, suspended ceiling, non-bearing partition walls and doors; construction of new non-bearing interior partition walls; lead shielding; suspended acoustical ceiling; gypsum board ceiling; gypsum board soffit; medical equipment, structural reinforcement for new equipment; new door; cabinets and millwork; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work; and new finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Special inspection per attached Form 310. The work is located entirely within an existing smoke compartment. While transporting the new medical equipment through the building and while staging for installation, floors and elevators are not allowed to be overloaded. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is used for high-rise and for occupancy. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
