To correct work that was done without a permit within an existing 5,650 square foot building and to document a total of eight (8) tenant spaces within the building. Work is to include remodeling the toilet rooms to be accessible to the disabled. Toilet stalls will be removed, a privacy lock will be provided on each restroom door, and each toilet room will be converted to be a single-user toilet room even though there are more than one toilet fixture within the room. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of this building. Each tenant is required to apply separately for their own Certificate of Occupancy.
