This building is fully fire sprinklered ( this building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase) any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 and NFPA #72 as regulated by the fire department. **BJM**
