(CAROLLO ENGINEERS – ALTA BUILDING – 2ND FLOOR) Permit is to remodel an existing 9,751 sq. ft. business space on the second floor within the existing two story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (4) offices, an electrical room and a copy room, new folding partition wall system at the existing conference rooms, select new door/door frames, millwork, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Inspection was just for the south half of the second floor at this time. Basically all exit signs need repaired and emergency lighting provided in the remodeled tenant space and in the paths of egress down both stair wells and out of the building. All other items for this phase of the work appear ok.
