This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: Select demolition to non-bearing partition walls, construction of non-bearing partition walls to create private and open offices, an IT room, a break room, a copy/storage room, a training room, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work. Interior finishes shall comply with 2015 IBC chapter 8. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system.
