(MADRIL SALON) Permit is to combine an existing 1,413 sq. ft. vacant tenant space (created under BLD15-02173) with the adjacent 1,561 sq. ft. vacant tenant space (created under BLD15-02174) to create a new salon tenant space that is 2,974 sq. ft. within the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select exterior rear door, removal of select drinking fountain, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, a wax room, a barber room, a break room, a wash/color bar area, salon areas and a waiting/reception area, new door/door frames, millwork, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area.
