Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. Per conversation with Joe Bruce, Fire Section Supervisor, a 30 day TCO is authorized for life fire safety contingent upon the wall layout on plans reflect the wall change by the breakroom. One exit sign is in a different location as well as one exit sign missing, occupant load is under 49 according to permit details, exit signs are not required but if approved drawings show exit signage then exit signage will be required per architects design, a follow up inspection will be required after city approved plans are corrected.

Notated 2 areas that show exit sign/emergency lighting location but exit signs/emergency lighting are not in the city approved plan location. Provide exit discharge emergency illumination per note 12 on the building permit fire code review comments.
