Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of existing, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work. Installing new non-bearing walls for (2) Offices and a Storage/Break Room with a new sink and counter. Interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
