Will utilize existing access to building site behind home. Onsite broom staged next to exit for regular sweeping. Downstream storm drain already has an old sediment bag installed with capacity. RP will monitor. Permit sign posted.

Concrete washout provided on flat area at end of drive. Will install sediment control wattles around stockpiles and along the base of access drive where there is a potential for runoff to go over neighbors wall.

Approved for construction.
