Stucco washout dumped all over adjacent lot. Trash laying around adjacent lots and captured in silt fence. Erosion on uphill side of home has knocked down the subdivsion sil fence. No perimeter controls installed on downhill side of lot.

Corrections:
- pick up all trash
- clean up dumped washout
- install gatorguard properly and add section along down hill side
- repair/replace silt fence.
- sweep sidewalk and backfill gatorguard wattles installed per installation specifications.
