Will preserve existing asphalt from Idaho to the work area behind building. Asphalt in work area will be stripped, creating a below grade area that should be self contained.

Will provide green ESC permit.

Reviewed requirements for washout containment, dust control and being sure and to prevent dirty runoff to permeable pavers in alley.
