Dewatering in progress. RP monitoring flow towards the Willow Lane pond. Water is clear, no issues or flooding along the flow route, but will require monitoring hourly. No plume, foam or other issues observed in the pond where discharge ends. Pond discharges to River via outfall riser pipe, 3-4 ft capacity remaining.

Site has been swept as requested, permit sign is posted on fence along State STreet. Site currently inactive. Pusher Excavation will install new construction entrance leading west out of site to the old Turner's parking lot, site currently closed to access.
Reviewed ESC plan. Setup of pipes will begin this weekend, dewatering to resume next week. Request to install sediment protection on MS4 on State Street and to check that there will be no issues or obstructions along the route of dewatering water.

Multiple Violations at site:
-No required site preparation inspection conducted at start of project and ground breaking
- Construction entrances are not correctly installed/stabilized. Round rock used, thin layer and short length.
-Dirt and debris on shoulder of State Street by project, looks to be from trackout around site.
- No ESC permit sign posted.
- Dewatering to ACHD already commenced, no notification or plan provided by RP. Notifed by Boise BPR about a request to dewater into Willow Lane pond via irrigation ditch.
Corrections:
- pay reinspection fee $55
- post ESC permit signs at either end of site
- sweep around site
- submit dewatering plan to ESC division prior to dewatering and review with ESC Inspector
